Well friends, one more model concluded in the scale 1/100.

This time is the elegant English bombardier Fairey Battle, used by RAF in the beginning of the World War II in the Battle of France. Projected in the second half of the decade of 30 as an strike airplane of high performance, to substitute the family of biplanes Hart/Hind Battle was a modern and attractive project in design terms. However when beginning the war Battle they were shown completely inadequate tactical bomber function. Whole squadrons were decimated by Luftwaffe in the campaign of France. Them first Victoria Cross "Pos Morten" of the war were favored crew members of Battles. The most famous action of those airplanes was the attack the German pontoons in Sedan where two squadrons were depressed in the attempt of neutralizing the German progress. After the French government's fall Battle went back to England where were used as training airplanes. Hundreds served to other forces of the Empire as gunners' trainers and target tugs...

This model is a commercial product produced by talented Nobi of Thai Paper Work, originally drawn in the scale 1/48, it is a perfect model for beginners with the use of the construction with formers, since it uses very few, besides being a double kit why with the version of RAF it is also offered a version used by the Belgian Air force.
The model has an excellent fitting besides using a very good technique of having internal flaps for collage, the only flaws to mine to see is in the former C (of the tip of the nose) that is a little larger than the course of the "skin" and the forks of the landing gear that should be a little more detailed. In the more is an excellent model highly recommended...

I always liked Battles beside their totally uneffective effort in the beginning of war. They have very ellegant look.
I'd be pleased if there would be 1:100 Battle available at mikromodele Wink

Few models of paper of Beattle two 1/48 and a 1/32 exist and in general they always represent the same airplane the PH F of the 19th squadron of RAF. A Battle in the training colors would be coming very well!!!!

On request I am posting a picture of Beatle with Jockey...
